In your role, you will face an exciting future with changes that affect the exercise of authority. As a social worker, you are responsible for investigating, assessing resources and needs for assistance for individuals in need of social care. You follow up, evaluate, and reassess already granted interventions, always focusing on the individual's participation and influence. You collaborate with various professionals and partners at the individual, group, and organizational levels, including colleagues, home care, nursing homes, healthcare, and other social services. Your meetings vary in complexity based on both physical, mental, and social needs. The individuals you meet may have cognitive impairments, mental health issues, substance abuse, co-morbidity, or be vulnerable in other ways, and social work often takes place in the individual's home.

You will be offered professional development opportunities so that you can grow in your professional role. You will receive trustworthy leadership, methodological guidance from the lead social worker, and an individually tailored introduction to ensure you have the right conditions to settle into your new role.

You need to show respect and consideration in your interactions with others and have a positive attitude towards those you meet in your professional role. You should also be collaborative and organized to achieve your goals and the common goals. Within the framework of your assignment, you should also be comfortable making independent decisions.
